Re: tell me about the villains
Well, I think I could tell a bit about Gangrene, referred as Professor Gangrene sometimes. I don't know his background of "how did he become a villain", but he appeared frequently in the original TV series as Dr X's "Mad Scientist" who tended to work with robotics, viruses and things like that. In the CGI movies he fulfilled the same role, and even though he didn't appear in the 1st movie "Robot Atak" that saw the X Robots' debut, "X Missons" seemed to imply somehow that he was the one who built them. Professor Gangrene had a thend to cackle and was somewhat treacherous.
He was the only classic villain (besides Dr X himself) who appeared in the alternate comntinuity CGI series. There, he had injected himself with several poisons and toxins that he could fire though his gun.
I don't know so much about Anti-Freeze, save for the comic that came packaged with him: viewtopic.php?f=40&t=4415
There's also Tempest, a villain who was made as a toy but only appeared in the CGI series; he was a weather broadcaster who used a (stolen?) machine to "fix" weather and have always the right predictions. However, it caused disasters and Action Man tried to stop him. During the struggle, the broadcaster had an accident with the machine and acquired weather-based powers (that's how I seem to remember, but I could have forgotten some details). He joined Dr X afterwards.
And there's Ursula, who wasn't made as a toy but was an important character in the original series. Jamar wrote a declassified thread about her: viewtopic.php?f=40&t=1788
I'm not sure if you could be also interested on the A.T.O.M. villains or not (there are some cool guys, like Dragon or Spydah).
