I'd forgotten about that Baron Gregg (that's Baron, Gregg, not Baron Gregg - there's only one Baron around here! Well, maybe two). Excellent - and you are quite right about the head - it looks spot on. Did you hollow it out to fit over the modern figures neck sculpt? It looks really good!

Yep, it took about 5 mins with a dremel to get the Baron's head to fit the modern neck post (I've since replaced it with one in much better condition)

i'm using a colonel vogel head, from indiana jones for my Black Major custom.
might have a spare if you want 1

Thanks for the kind offer but I think I've got a Colonel Vogel figure here somewhere (It'd never crossed my mind to use him as the Black Major!! Might give it a go)
