I didn't know there was an Eagle/AF connection, but I'm not very 'in the know' on the comics side [despite LOVING them as a kid].

Now my mind might be playing tricks, but I'm sure that there's a near complete collection of Eagles for sale in a second hand shop in Cardiff. It might not be Eagle, but that's what I seem to remember.

If its of any use, I can nip over there and see what's what.




On a related note, though not in Mr Dawson's league [or Snakeeyes' toy shop find], I went to my first ever proper carboot last week. And I got....


He-Man Skeletron figure for 50p.

A Mint-On-Card Muton for a pound!

Delighted with the Muton! My heart started going nuts when I spotted it as I thought there might be a hidden trove of AF stacked in the guy's boot. Alas, nothing, but still made my day!

I'd be interested in knowing more about the comics, please. I'm not after much these days, namely Scream #1 and 2 and a couple of Action holiday specials. But if they're going for a song you could probably turn a profit on the bay.

Them not selling was the best thing Matt as I would have made a loss at 99p each.

If you want them, I could go a tenner for the 3 plus postage. Any less and I make a loss....
