Irony, you need to go to the edit avatar page and put in the dimensions of the avatar (width, then height) in the boxes where it says 'avatar dimensions'. then it'll work right.

When I see Irony I will tell him. 
The pic is far too big so I tried to resize it on one site then uploaded to Photobucket which may have messed up the url by doing that as it came up invalid. Ross tweaked it for me I think it will do.
