Re: Q Force Nautilus
I might be able to help, what with living in Canada and all that.
I went into the local Sears today to have a look for you but they had none on the shelves.
However if anyone wants it I can hopefully order this online and get it delivered to the local store for pickup which saves $7 shipping fee. However for online orders Sears still charge a $3 handling fee (the sods), and then there's Harmonized Sales Tax of $4.94 (sorry, Newfoundland has a 13% HST, if you know anyone in Alberta, say, the tax would be a bit less).
It works out at: $34.99 + handling fee $3.00 + HST $4.94 = $42.93 (CDN) total.
I've got no idea how much it then costs to ship one onwards from here in Newfoundland to the UK or what customs in the UK might try to hit you for (although I'd obviously label it as a gift for a younger relative) but if anyone really wants one of these we can look into it.

Re: Q Force Nautilus
LMK if you do and we'll combine an order! I'd love one, provided they are 3 3/4" scale.
Re: Q Force Nautilus
OK, to speed things up:
I can't order a huge load of these in one go simply because my credit card is almost maxed out!
But I can order a small number (say 3 or 4) if anyone's interested. I'd only want to recover costs - price & postage.
Sears' $3.00 handling fee mentioned in the last post is per order not item so a few pennies can be saved if they are ordered together.
PM me if you want one.
Mark.
[EDIT - that point about 3&3/4 inch figure size is pertinent - I've no idea what the scale of the figures is. I'll email Sears and see what they say before ordering any.]

Re: Q Force Nautilus
Would you mind? I can see quite a few design differences between this one and Jimbo's.
Re: Q Force Nautilus
No problem, product query sent already.
Later:
Taking a reasonable guess at the minimum product dimensions (50cm by 20cm by 25cm boxed) I'm getting some very silly (read: bloody expensive $64 for surface alone) postage estimates from Canada Post online. Weight seems to make no difference (I tried between 1 and 6 lbs).
Crap, crap, crap, crap crap.
We stopped sending presents a while back because of the postage costs (we get relatives in the UK to shop for us) but I had no idea the prices were that silly.
If anyone feels like having a go with the figures on Canada Post Pricer or elsewhere then use my postal code for the sender: A0A1V0.
Unless someone really has money to burn this might not be as do-able as I first thought; apologies for what might be a trip up the garden path here. Surely it can be done cheaper but I don't know how? Anyone have any clues?
