Profiles

What I believe is really needed to re-introduce the Red Shadows and Af members to the world are profiles. Much in the same way as what I do on my board for GI JOE EXTREME AND ACTION MAN.

People are interested in knowing more about the Red Shadows in Particular but they either dont know about the comic or dont know where to start . I think this site, if not the one I moderate at, should have a section on Character profiles and I think it should feature the Red Shadows first and spot it will some of the JOE repaints first that entered the action force team

In order to draw more attention to the BAF comics and Action force I believe this is the way to go as well

The profiles should have as much as possible about the character as well as links back to the figures themselves. I think these profiles should be done 1 a week so that people can come back here once a week to learn more. Heck some of us might learn something about our favorite character. It would serve as a nice reference too for people. Imagine a file that you can look up that tells you all you need to know about some of these characters

I think the first ones that should be done based on peoples interest and what people are drawn too and most interested in are:

Black Major
Red Laser
Red Jackal ( there is no way he could be destro)
Red Vulture
Quarrel
Jammer
Guacho


. Some character just wont have a lot to them as perhaps they didnt show up much but some characters like the black Major has a lot that should be summarized in a profile setting

also in order to maximize the marketability of AF and the RED SHADOWS stupid things ( sorry Stupid IMVHO) should be left out : ie Kracken . Perhaps after its been done then you could do it but wait and do all the more realistic things first


also things that these profiles should include are:

country of origin
first appearance
last appearance
history
pics

Etc etc etc

with the success of the declassified titles in the US I think it should also be lables as such

Black Major : Declassified

I hope this can be done as I for one would love to be able to look at and read ( with pictures mind you) of some of these characters
