Which font colour?

It has been brought to my attention that some users have trouble viewing a white font on a black background, a problem which has been aggravated by the new background.

Please allow a moment for the images to load. I apologise for the filesize, I need them to be maximum resolution for comparison.

Is the blue font an improvement? If so I will implement it throughout the site. Please use this thread for discusion as well as the poll.

White works perfectly for me, I'm having problems "seeing" the blue as clearly as the white..

Same here...after a few min's it gets a bit of a strain.

Ok, I've added a third colour - Gold.

blue is terrible, gold is ok but looks a bit tacky, the white is fine & easy to read!
