Oh well at least he responded to the dispute I can close it and he can have his strikes or am I being to harsh on newbies?

Then again if I don't give him the strikes he could always leave me neg feedback but if he gets a strike he can't.

I would leave thew strike, that way he will be more careful in the future, theres no neg and you get your fees back unless you go down the both of us agreed not to complete this transaction option, this means no neg too...

Yep I thought about that but I have done that before and lost my fees as the guy didn't bother replying to the mutual.

All done now and have given the strikes so if sellers have their buyer requirements set up so that they have buyers who receive so many strikes in so many months will be able to avoid him bidding on their stuff without having to go through this.

Oh well just got a neg from a non paying bidder but it can't be removed apparently because he responded to the dispute.
His neg says he was going to pay by standing order! His response in the dispute never mentioned payment of any kind, way shape or form.
So I may be getting another as well from jeffdom94 too as he responded to the dispute too. So if bammykid would have also responded before I closed the dispute I may well have had my ebay account suspended.
Like I said in another thread ebay is now a minefield for sellers as well as buyers.
Anyways I have responded calmly and truthfully instead of going on one. So hopefully buyers will see I have nothing to hide.

Yep I read it Cheers but I was seeing if there was anything I could do about the neg so I was in a bit of a rush anyway I may be able to ring ebay tomorrow, I will use my work mobile rather than mine and explain that he is using a false last name as his address and phone number is for a plumbers by the name of j****** T******* and he is probably banned as he is using the account with his name as j****** heaver.
The only people who seem to have a different last name on their ebay account are people who have already been banned.
Thats what phil jones, fairbrother, gilchrist etc did. Long story but he seems to have disappeared hopefully for good.

good luck with that mate, it's not fair when you get sh*t for trying to provide a service! ebay just doesnt seem to be able to get the balance of fairness right, seems like honest people from both sides can get screwed by c*nts!
we just had some bitch bad mouth us on facebook, dicked us about by rescheduling her appointment twice with short notice so i told her to take a hike! now she's being a spoilt little princess about it & sulking coz she cant get her own way! she a f*cking actress, celebrities over here assume everyone will bend over backwards for them here, i treat them like every other customer & they dont like it!

That's the best way to treat them everyone is equal.
When we were celebrating Burnley's promotion we went out the day after 26/05/09 and my mate who was over from Ireland was going back the next day and he spotted Andy Payton (Burnley born and bread) who is an ex footballer for Burnley, Middlesborough and Celtic.
He wanted his pic took with him and all the girls were running up talking to him etc and I just said to him just ask, Anyway he wouldn't so I just went giz your camera went over and just said he wants a pic with you which he said nae probs girls couldn't beleive it, took the pic then went away and he came over to us afterwards to chat.
I have also gone over to Steve Claridge in the palace nightclub in Blackpool and spoke to him as though he was a normal human being in the end he bought us a beer it was after Burnley 1 v 1 Portsmouth in 1995 and he was with his mates who were not footballers.
All we talked about was the game and how I had only just got home on leave to see it.
