Some time ago I posted a thread on here about the character Mars Harring who was a Juggler (a member of the cabal of generals and politicians who had oversight of GI Joe) and a Red Shadow. I wanted my own version of him I have seen a Resolute Cobra Officer who hopefully is black haired that will make a good version.
If I can get him he will look too much like my Red Laser who was a Resolute Cobra trooper so I'm not sure if I should change the colouring of his hair at the moment he has gray sideburns. Any suggestions?

I just got the Cobra Officer when he arrives I will turn him into Mars Harring so that will be another new Red Shadow in my ranks.
