Mate fantastic idea. I was looking into the casting thing too. How difficult is it? Do you have to do 2 halves and the join together? Actually mate if you could do a tutorial that would be brilliant. so many people need Shadow heads and I know Broken Arrow does them but not very many. I saw that there might be some in the store? Is Kraken sorting that one?

I'm having a bit of an experiment too chaps - need some Shadow heads and Broken arrow only has one in, and have only had one for ages. If I have any success I'll let you know!

I think this could be a good plan. Maybe once a few of us get proficient we could start varying the molds slightly and could eventually end up with a whole new Palitoy wave.
