For the UK, "Silent Interlude" happens between two parts of that story, "Consequences" and "truth" (which feels weird; most of "Violent Lives!" is about :destro: , Flint and Lady Jaye, while "Silent Interlude" is about :scarlett: , :snakeeyes: and :storm: ).

The nurse fits between issues 58 and 59. The cup of tea was not reprinted in the UK.
