Andy, haven't had time to read all the pages, but the scale is fine. Vehicles tend to be underscaled anyway. However the solution here is to raise the seat by sculpting a 5mm seat to lift the figures up a touch.

I sorted the seats Malcolm, i just packed them up a bit by putting a plastic washer underneath each one. It raised the seats by about 6 or 7mm which makes the figures sit slightly higher and looks a lot better. I posted some additional pics on page 2 I think.
