Re: Terminator Salvation
I still pefer the "cheapness" & gritty feel of the 1st one myself, T2's good if a little too "glossy" for me, but the 3rd was a big disappointment..story wise does this new one kick off where that one ended, I don't havr to sit though it again so I know whats going on in this one do I?

Re: Terminator Salvation
Terminator Salvation takes place in 2018 several years post J-Day. it's a reboot, prequel, sequel again.
it's an all-new timeline, but follows on from T2 and T1 (and 3 to a certain extent) and deals with John's rise to command of the resistance and the emergance of the T-800s, predating the 2020s future scenes of T1 and T2.
clear?

Re: Terminator Salvation
Bloody hell
, not another reboot thing...so now I can forget that I ever saw the 3rd one? Sounds good to me..
Trying to watch a sci-fi film series nowadays is a lot like walking into a room & forgetting what you came in for..

Re: Terminator Salvation
it doesnt really go against anything in any of the other films, unless you really nitpick. it's good, not brilliant but good.

Re: Terminator Salvation
by definition TS should be awesome since it has Christian Bale, Terminators and the Future War in.
