Flanker..(cue SteveD) Like most I started as open side flanker / wing forward then I got old and fat and became blind side, then they wanted me to play in the front row. I was only ever good enough for county and then only if the rest of the squad got food poisoning. Re: Toy Stores in Edinburgh
i played as hooker (once again not the street corner type steve) i played for avonmouth and bristol colts and then bristol seconds before a nasty injury nearly ended my career, we were playing against bath seconds when a scrum collapsed i fell badly and dislocated my hip, didn't play for a few years after that, ended up playing for dings crusaders they play in national league three, got to old, fat and slow for them went back to avonmouth to finish my rugby years, still miss it and have thought seriously about returning to play for the local veterans team but with the bad knees broken and missing fingers, i don't think i'd manage. My brain says yes but in my heart i know the truth.

Ditto. Shame isn't it? Sometimes I get in a bit of an argument at work, get all fired up, drive home having an imaginary extended argument with the person in question, and think right! On Saturday I'm going to see if I can get a game and take out my frustrations on a 20 stone prop. He won't mind! Oh well.

i know exactly what you mean, only difference is i would take my frustrations out on the 9 stone scrum half! I'll leave the 20 stone prop for your good self.

There's a Forbidden Planet on South Bridge that you might find some joe toys. That's about it though.
