Didn't Kenner have a Star Wars figure called 'Death Squad Commander' that they changed the name of? Andy will know best, he is a Stormtrooper after all.

The first release of that figure was named "DeathSquad Commander" but was later changed to "Star Destroyer Commander" He was also released in France as "DeathStar Commander"
