I have been out of the country for a few months and couldnt get online, so I missed the initial order of getting these 10 sets.
Are they still available to buy?
If so;
1) How much?
2) Are the stories in the correct order?
3) What size are the books?
4) Can I buy them online myself? ie from lulu.com, like with the colour versions?

2) Nope. The running orders are the same as the colour book layouts in the Projects threads. There was no way of doing it, unfortunately.
3) 8 x 10.5 inches, 244 pages
4) Nope. They can only be ordered from forum member Jamar Miller.
And they aren't ready yet! If you're not up to speed, the Lulu Best Of project has been scrapped as they stopped printing hardback copies in the UK. In the hunt for a new publisher it worked out cheaper to order softbacks from the US through Comixpress. The project has been reorganised as The Complete Works, volumes 1-3 will be available in full colour any day now, I am waiting on a final confirmation e-mail.
