Ahhh, I didn`t realise the heli-pad doubled as a roof. the only pics I`ve seen is it being placed on the side.

Makes sense really, stops the bad guys from just hopping over the prison bars and away to freedom.

but what about the other bad guys popping round the side or leaping into the control room...

these things always look annoy me a bit because of that. I know it has to have play value but id have preferred a completely removeable roof...

It fits nicely, but it only fits properly if you remove the aeriel.

I've always assumed it was the roof but now looking at EVERY OTHER PICTURE ON THE INTERNET I'm starting to wonder!

Wow I've never seen the base in th flesh so to speak..didn't realise it was that big, how does the cardboard one measure up to this one?

While i think the command centre is cool i think i prefer the cardboard hq, maybe because i had one as a kid.

Those are some excellent condition items Mark! First time I've seen them set up like that too, side by side. I prefer the Z Force base myself, but again, I think that's because that's the one I had as a kid.

Thank's steveD, the cardboard hq was sealed in it's box but.............i couldnt fight the temptation!
