If anyone's having problems seeing it just go to the Terrordrome and have a look at all the new figures.
It looks like the arms do just pop on and off. This isn't the first time that Hasbro has paid tribute to Red Jackal. In one of their Q&As it was said that the Destro and red HISS that came in the large boxed set last year was an homage to the AF line.
