I have come to the conclusion that the mailaway blue ninja viper dosnt really exist !
or maybe one of his skills would be to make me think that he dosnt exist ?
either way the only one ive ever seen is the 25th reissue which isnt really my thing.

he only seems to exist in books and on the yojoe forum ?
