is there an ebay id 'paul 9676' among us?

if so: you bastard. i wanted that mountain and artic figure but i wasn't paying over £15 quid for him!

i originaally bid £5 and for a long while it was £2.76. i upped my max to £10 earlier on, then when it got to £8 odd i upped to £11 and then £12 and finally £13.

oh, i often do now. it's just i wasn't going to go over £13 for the figure, plus the £2 postage. it went for £13.50

Yep..
Sometimes you've just got to let your head over rule-your heart & stick to your limit..it's bit like gambling, getting court up in the moment & over spending on what is after all, just a old toy.

Never bid in whole pounds either, go for things like £5.32 and so on you might beat the other bidder by pennies.
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

I forget his user id but he's a member here. Guy who sold me all my stands and is going to provide them for the shop. Nice figure too! I recently got one as part of a big lot.
