The dates would fit with the Wave 3 Palitoy, I suppose this may have been intended as a Triad or Sealion pilot for the AF range instead of the ones eventually used.

There was a recent incident with someone faking this figure.
Just to be clear, this figure on YoJoe is not a fake, and so this would be of little interest, except there is a post on this thread about the fake from the owner of the figure shown on YoJoe. This post has further information and seems to confirm that it probably was a test figure for Action Force.
