Cool toys, were these ever sold in the UK?

I hated that alien girl 'youminor, youminor, my brother'

that's all she ever bloody whined about

Nono toy looks like the crab from Little Mermaid - not that I ever watch it.

Good Lord! I never knew they made those! I've never even thought to look despite it being one of my favourite cartoons! I was always into Mythology and the like so to combine it with a cartoon ensured I'd be watching. The best re-telling of a tale from Greek mythology until O Brother Where Art Thou came along.

Any details on these? Who made them etc? I'm going to have to scour Ebay for some of these.

Steve, check this one out on fee-bayhttp://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ULYSSE-31-NONO-NE ... 240%3A1318

Made by Bandia Popy,& believe it or not, they're all made from die-cast metal with some plastic parts..& constructed in just the same way & size as the modern Power Rangers figures..except Youmie who's made in the same style as the terrahawks figures..

Hi Steve..
Yep the Terrahawks are from my collection as well, I've also got Hudson, the large Zero & a couple of the vehicles some where in the loft as well.
I didn't pay any thing like that for Nono either, I may love toys but I'm not crazy enough pay that sort of money..I think he was about the £30 mark with the box..@ the time I can remember thinking I'd paid too much for him..Ulysses & Telemicus(?) where found @ local boot sale back in 90 & cost just pennys

But I still consider this gal as a very lucky boot sale find...Makepeace from Dempsey & Makepeace

now if I could only find Dempsey to make the pair..
