All the various classifications of the Viper legions have a single character that's risen to the rank of supreme officer of that branch. Those individuals are usually nicknamed an unofficial codename by Cobra Commander, though they only have power, only even have influence over their own underlings.

the Tele Viper Commander is known by the head snake as "Chatterbox" and one of the few biographical facts known about him was his birthplace in Asbury Park, NJ and he was fired as a promising young intern at the FCC for being a shady member of the staff...

Yeah, it sure is. The base of it is Dengar's pack from the Star Wars line with some other gear added to it.

How did you make the helmet? I'm guessing its Tripwires head but whats attached as I think I like that more than the official figure.

i actually thought it was a mistake and couldnt understand the close up shot but now that i've LOOKED at it its superb.
this is a cool idea and excellently executed.
are you planning any more commander figures?
