Spare pistols are like rocking horse poo! This guy has some replicas that would do the job just nicely.

May have a spare detonator will look tomorrow and let you know.
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

V.S.C.,

My advice would be to buy some sas weapons packs.

There is a seller on ebay - toydreamsuk - who literally has boxes and boxes of them.

I've bought at least 50 packs off him over the last 2 years.

His ebay is:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Action-Force-G-I- ... 240%3A1318

He has his own website. The AF figures are crazy prices, so I wouldn't bother with them but his weapons packs are great:

http://www.toydreams.co.uk/actionforce/index.html

Jonathan Bow told me once that this guy appears on the BBC's antique's roadshow as their toy expert.

Anyway, if you buy from him privately - off ebay - he'll give you a cheaper deal.

It'll work out at about 8 weapons for £4, so 50p for a mint weapon which is a good deal in my opinion.

You should give him a try.

[And I should be on some kind of commission!]

Been meaning to get some of those for my customs, Paul. Sounds like he's reputable enough. So better to buy online rather than ebay?

That's true, but from their spin-off short lived 20th Centry Roadshow in 2005, not the main roadshow series.

Alex from Toy Dreams, along with my friend Barry Eldridge, who was from The Entertainer back then, but now Master Replicas, were the hired help for modern toy collectables.

I would not worry about opening the packs though V.S.C, they have literally hundreds of the buggers.

Dave.
