oh my god that is incredible!
I'm always amazed at the work people do with that paint at that teeny tiny scale but that is the coolest use of those minatures ever. The amount if detail you got onto those is astounding, especially the skull & crossbones. WOW! Okay, yeah, the fact that they are Red Shadows might bias me a bit in saying they're the best I've seen, but the very idea to make them INTO Ironblood's troops in the first place is genius, and the results are fantastic.

I just checked out that blog link and I'm far, far more impressed now than I even was before. The micro Skeletrons and the Baron himself are just awwwwesome!

Nice work Muppet!
To make your future work easier I have just chucked a Shadow head in a mould and they should be available as a sprue of 5 on the GB site in a month or so.
