Hello everyone I just want to apologize to everyone who ordered these books WEEKS ago

they told me originally 10 days, here its 6 weeks later and I finally get this e-mail after repeated attempts to find out what happened



Jamar,

I'm happy to report that the stapled orders shipped yesterday and the orders containing trades are shipping today. The trades weren't ready last week as production had expected, but everything will be out by the end of today.

And I have to apologize for the slow communication. We have been a little short-handed lately and all departments have been helping each other out. Thankfully all hands are back on deck and delays in shipping as well as communication shouldn't continue to be an issue.
