excuse my ignorance but whats the difference between the 2 frogmen figures i know ones a foreign card but is it more rare than the other?

The SATT one is the German variant there are links in the archives that describe the story of Action Force in Germany. The SATT Frogman is a rare and hard to come by figure. I'll post the link when I find it.
