I actually have that guy, Toltoys mailaway in NZ. That would have been around 1986/87, Manta as well. Was the mAnt released in the UK?

Hi Dave your right mate spot on 1988 he was released I got my dates wrong too many figures and dates rattling around in my head ;0)

OK, so the super trooper was the UK equivalent of the Steel brigade? If Dave's right the price of that bugger will sky rocket.

so Super Trooper (thanks, got ABBA in my head now) , 1988 and Hooded Commander around 1987? OK,

Yeah the steel brigade were cool I have a couple with thier patches I am not sure if they were available over here Dave do you know?
I paid £12 for my super trooper and he looks mint pretty much C9 rating I think I got a bargain with him.

there was another guy that was a mailaway after hooded Cobra Commander and Super Trooper, not sure if that is Steel Brigade? (sorry need to know more JOE)

So there were three mailaway figures during the Hasbro period between 1987-1989, after then, not sure.

I would have chipped in sooner, but haven't been on for most of the weekend, been locked away doing stuff for the site in one form or another :-?
