Where can I get reproduction cardbacks/custom cardbacks and blisters to recard/custom card Palitoy A.F. figures?

Seen lots of it on the forum, asked twice in another thread.....no ones telling......?

They're customs made by the posters, I don't know if anyone makes them to order. I imagine the blisters are reused originals.
