Okay so heres the list in one simple place

1. RISE OF THE RED SHADOWS TPB (All of the GI JOE A REAL AMERICAN HERO VOLUME II ISSUES together in one place which makes it a nice read)

2. GI JOE AMERICAS ELITE #23

3.GI JOE America's Elite Issue #30 ( ACTION FORCE MEMBERS Quarrel,Hunter,Moondancer,Blades appear)

4.GI JOE AMERICAS ELITE #31

5. GI JOE AMERICAS ELITE #32

6. GI JOE AMERICAS ELITE #33

7. GI JOE AMERICAS ELITE #34 ( Vaughn is seen in his Black Major Outfit)

these are the MUST BUYS for every member on this board.

also look for a Comic to be done on the RED SHADOWS for this summer convention ( if its the RED SHADOWS that is)

the only thing that is missing from the list is one issue where they mention in one panel that artur kulik was killed in a list of cobras and it was just a list. ( one of the worst moves DDP could have done, I like deaths but not in a list! show us for gods sake) so I wouldnt count this as a buy issue

check out Vaughns and Dela edens declassified threads. (links above) for exactly issues of RAH volume II

now maybe a good time to check with Mike O Sullivan and Brandon Jerwa about an interview on the RED SHADOWS since BOTH are not with DDP ( mike is freelance with DDP now)

The figure is completely made from scratch with wire and modelling putty.

Actually its Ultimate soldier XD's Hugo Wolf, the head pops out very easily! And you get a German helmet for Wave 1 customising!

I painted him with the plastikote bright red spray can. And details are gloss back humbrol. The paints don't like each other, or the vinyl coat, but if you leave it alone for at least a week it eventually takes! You have to be very patient with the coat too, as its very easy to end up with finger prints on it, as the paint seems to soften the vinyl, and takes a few days to truly dry.
But it's by far and away the best colour match for Palitoy 'red shadow red'.
The best thing about the base figure was the posable arm can be swapped for these nice moulded ones, which match the original toyline. Articulation is not always a good thing!
