question: i think i should avoid any names from GI Joe. do you agree or should i just say balls to it and use them?

this applies to Stalker, Steeler, Breaker and the Wolverine as well as to using names for new AF people like 'Frostbite' or 'Wind Chill' or 'Hard Drive'...

The former, use them. The later, no. Not unless they appeared as AF. "Frostbite" did but Hard drive and wind chill didn't. If you are creating new characters, I'd try and think of something that's never been used before. Especially Joe's. That's yuk ;-P

yeah, well, F*&@#ing GI Joe have used all the decent names for artic warfare guys and airborne characters. hence why my two AW troops are 'Tundra' and 'North Star' and the only paratroopers (other than Sparrowhawk) are called 'Red Devil', 'Bolt' and 'Sureshot'. the latter 2 being a sniper pair. oh, and Skip.

I am using Snow Wolf though, because my Snow Wolf is a Chinese SO guy in the who was in a Chinese SO unit called 'Snow Wolf'. the one Hasbro made is a generic Cobra artic trooper.

could you use the name "red falcon" as that is the name i was going to give to the pilot for my supersonic shadow fighter!
or maybe i could call him "red vulture" if your using that for a pilot, will post pics of him when i finish the plane, give me a few days i guess........

i got and muddled up, so Anton Nobokov is now a pilot and becomes when he defects.

Red Devil is a paratrooper, from the nickname of the British Army Parachute Regiment.

and i went with Red Condor as the guy will supplant.

sh*t, i meant to put condor! what happened to red vulture? is he dead now?
what do you guys think i should call my pilot, remember im trying to make my shadow army a post-cobra army, with black major in charge but closer to the old old story, NOT the new shadow line.

AF attacks 's base in Algeria and during the climatic battle an AF pilot called Raven shoots down as he's about to wax the plane and are in. Raven then leaves with them and becomes the new Roboskull commander...

I'm already using Whirl, Downdraft, Snake-Eater and Night-Stalker.
