Been outbid on a couple of alpha probes over the years, not been one on ebay UK for a while now though.

Thinking back we used to have a very good jeep and canoe set, as well as a nice little light aircraft in that range. Sadly I didn't keep hold of those, would have been good custom fodder.

Good result on ebay today, a Fisher Price Alpha Probe for 99p!

Not sure if I'm going to respray it or use it in this 'retro' colour scheme. Not complete (no figures or sub ship) but for that price who can complain!

Ah, the Alpha Probe. That's the shuttle thing I had as a kid! Thanks, guys. I've been wondering for years what that was.

I'll pst some size comparison shots when it arrives, I think the pods will fit, I'm also hoping that the Satellite Defence might as well.

Alpha Probe Just arrived.

It is a really good size, and the pilot seat comforatably fits a space force pilot. Sadly the cargo bay is too narrow to hold a sat def or triad pod.

This is going to stay white for now, I have a use for it in this generic colour scheme....
