MOC Cobra Officer

Post by paul463 »

Guy's,

looking for some advice here. I had a little speculative bid last night on a MOC Cobra Officer and got it for £22 and change is it worth that? I know some will say its down to what you want to pay etc... But I know very little about series 3 and there relative values and I always said that I would not get in to collecting them! But here we are with it now on the way. (Mental note don't bid on ebay after beer)

If you've second thoughts, I'll buy it from you?

Paul,

I'll see when he gets here, it'll probably make me want to start collecting series 3 in earnest. It's good to know that I was right with the bid though

Just as an aside I've seen in other threads a lot of discussion about MOC Snow Jobs (titter titter) is he the rarest of the series three. I think it was SteveD who said he would cost an arm and a leg!

Also picked up another two German MOC's last week too! A TSATT Leviathan and WATT Meteor. It's infectious.....

That's a good price, unpunched is always nice. I've been outbid on a couple of US MOC Cobra soldiers in the past, I draw the line at $200.

Picked up a Japanese Cobra Soldier MOC a while back, just as sweet for about a quarter of the price, though I've seen them go for quite a lot on ebay US.

I'd certainly say they normally go for £35 or so, so I'd certainly say it's a bargain. Snow job is def the rarest I think. Never even seen one for sale. Doc seems pretty rare too. Come to think of it I've never seen a major bludd either.

That's great, I picked up a baggie one the other week, along with a Scarlett for about a tenner each. Was not looking for them specifically, but was the first time I'd ever seen baggie versions of the figures, so popped a bid in :)
