i was thinking about this yesterday.
thinking about making a gijoe jointed AF commander but comin up blank.

There's the balding guy at the end of chapter 2 of Operation Bloodhound and there's the Senior General dude from chapter 1 of World Enemy No. 1. Neither have names.

There's also the Commander character in the Baron's Revenge audio cassette who gives Eagle his mission orders.

There may be more but they are the only ones I can think of.

The mailaway Commander has not been properly identified, I think everyone just lumped him into Z Force because of the colouring, but he doesn't have a anywhere on him. In my gameplay he was always John Shepherd prior to his conversion to the Black Major. But yes, I'd say he's the closest thing to the top brass.

This thread made me think of doing some customs of commanders for each force using the abundant supply of Black Majors that I have. Just simple paint jobs for . Might give that a go over Xmas.
