Well its done. The local Toys R us had the Falcon for $99au (about 40 pounds) they were out of stock, I got another local store to price match.

Needless to say my wife has bought it for me for xmas. I'm in awe, this thing is MASSIVE. I don't know where I'm going to put it. It requires two hands to lift and was near as big as the bike I got for my son. If anyone's missed it, here's a pic.

Yup, much bigger and it holds 4 figures in the cockpit. My wife is standing here telling me my kids get to play with it too. At least I still have my X-wing

That's what makes me happy the most. At $250au it was never going to happen. Did I mention how huge this thing is? It has handles on the box

I'd get one for £40 and use it as an IG vehicle (same with that Clone Army walker thingy), but the going rate here is frankly absurd for a toy. For £100 it's staying on the shelf.

I was just looking at this yesterday whilst getting a Mac playset (Cars) for my nephew. It's freaking awesome! But at £150 it was remaining the property of Toys R Us no matter how cool it is.
