Thanks guys and keep on coming with the info.
It is really great to read about your Action Force HOLY GRAILS and i'm learning more and more about the toys.
Steve,
I saw the dutch catalogue on the website and since i'm from Holland i don't recall that i ever saw that. I did own some figures and vehicles (like Quarrel with bike and the laser exterminator etc) but i never saw those vehicles mentioned in the dutch catalogue. Is it for sure that there were ever prototype mades ?
Jonesy,
Nice deal. Now this is a Action Force HOLY GRAIL. Signed artwork by the man himself.
Are their still pictures of the shop displays or are they lost forever ?
Action Force HOLY GRAIL, what do yo think it is ??

GRAIL

Holy grail u say..........if i could get a few Browning 9mm pistols for my pilots and a mint SAS jeep and Stalker i could afford (mind u got some good overtime coming up, sshhh don't tell the wife) i'd be HAPPY . i'm working on a set of custom snipers at the moment as AF are woefully supplied with marksmen from the origional range. i'll try and get a photo for u when the SAS one is done "SAS SNIPER".

Jonesy,
Is the picture of the shop display on the website ?

Nice customs. I didn't know that you could that with the figures. Demolish them and then create a new figure. Cool.
Andy,
I can't wait to see that picture. Thanks man.
I do have another question for you all. Are the first figures that were released rarer or more difficult to find then the second and so on series of figures.
Thanks.

Nice display.
Is this the top of a bigger display or was this used for the figures, like Star Wars figures back in those days. I mean then they came like 20 figures in one display box with a similar top like this.
I hope you know what i mean.

I saw the reversable action force header card for sale at a toy fair recently, I think it was marked up ?40. I only remenber because I thought he was going to have loads of Action Force stuff, instead he just had a few token MOC Mutons.
In answer 'are the first release figures harder to find', I found them much harder to get than wave 2, especially if carded examples float your boat.
