Dammit, coffee up the nose again.... thanks Baron. I have to ask tho Steve, is buying action figures bad? I bought 9 Joes this week. do we all need counselling?

Only when I'm not meant to be!

It just seems that when I'm trying hard not to buy anything, I find something new and exciting. Like Terrahawks action figures, and then I'm off all over again! I mean, who could resist an action figure of a Robot that was voiced by Windsor Davies!

It seems rude to before Adama and Starbuck arrive - I need them on hand in case the Cylons get unruly. (Unfortunately it's the Starbuck you wouldn't that I have on route).

I also (and I think this was in a lost thread addition by Scoobydie) have the "Daisy Duke - face NOT like a slapped arse" variant on way too! Happy Days!!! (and no, nobody ever did Happy Days 3 3/4 inch figures, otherwise I'd collect them too!)

How long before you make good with the Cylons then?

After the crash (Wall Street that is, not BFTB) I noticed the prices of figures drop and I'm struggling not to spend more than my allowance atm. I want all those cool Wolverines, Mobats, Skystrikers......GAHHHHHHHHH.

I love the Daisy Duke comment;-) You got the Catherine Bach (mmmm) version and not the Jessica Simpson (:-p) version?

No - they did two Daisy Duke variants in the early 80's.

Image

The longer haired one is only slightly less of an insult to Catherine Bach than the short haired one!

I'm sure the one on the right is modelled on one of my ex's! My brother refered to her as a Rose West look a like!!!!
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

The slightly more ugly of the two really does look scary dont she? reminds me of some sort of scowling sinister baddy out of Scooby Dooo.
