Totally with you there Andy1672 on 'Spaced'.
Amazing show, so many genius movie parodies - very clever stuff.
My fave bit is when they mimicked the final scene of The Empire Strikes Back - genius indeed.

Re: Greatest TV show of all time
forgot about spaced, too funny. also red dwarf (the first few seasons anyway)
Re: Greatest TV show of all time
Spaced by far the best ever show, sense of humour is right up my street. In fact i'm going to go watch it now!
Other than that the only series i make a point of watching is Heroes
Coupling was good as well

Re: Greatest TV show of all time
I only watched the second series of spaced on telly, so I had to buy the triple dvd set to recap on the first series !!
I loved every minute of it tho!! especially the painball episode, and Im not ashamed to say that I cried when Mike got shot !! ..... see link....

Star Trek Voyager is another one I got right into, have near the whole collection on VHS. Some are UK copies too, which is quite rare over here, better than the local stuff. B5 was pretty good too. Stargate wasn't bad either.

Here's a clip from Sledgehammer, one of my favourites, bought it on DVD from the US as soon as it was released. Damned funny.

How did I forget to mention 'Frasier'?
I don't normally like US sitcoms (Dad's Army and Open All Hours are more my thing), but Frasier was eleven years of pure genius.
Peri Gilpin's voice made my knees go funny too...
