Any info on this version of Dr. X?

I just bought this Dr. X on eBay. I thought it was from the Orca Sea Jet but it doesn't match the pictures I have. Anyone know what or when its from?

It is Cyberdog ATAK X.
It was released 2006 only latin America.
Codigo Gangrena line.

The Latin American releases of that X figure are very desirable, I just have the standard UK release.
