Star: French, white printed "Des Histoires Fabuleuses Avec Action Force!"
Type 18 cardbacks are found with both Phase 2A and Phase 2B figures. See also Type 12.

Star: English, white printed "Look Out for the Exciting Action Force Comic on Sale". Figure is lay on plastic shelf inside bubble.
Same as Type 19 but with Phase 2D figures and the plastic shelf.
