Are the escape armour's hard to come by? Your army is looking pretty good.

Escape armour do go for high prices
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

Yep Loose Escape Armours tend to go anywhere from £35 to £75, so no the cheapest and you have to watch it make sure they are complete. I believe one of mine came from a certain chap from Nottinghamshire way.
Anyway, TShot remarked Imust have a bit of a Red Shadow Army, well its coming along nicely after a bit of effort. I really need a better setting for it though:
