He's built off the base of a 50th Cobra Viper Officer with parts mixed from my original Sneak Peek custom. This was also my first time ever that I mixed colors to make flesh tone. I like the result so much that I have to go an update some of my older customs that I didn't painted the neck for. I know his red is a little bit shiny, but hey, he's running around in red so being discrete isn't really his strong point.
