Trying to find issue with specific reader's question

Howdy folks,

Can anyone help me in my search for a specific UK Marvel Comic issue from the late 1980s.

I'm looking to find out which UK Action Force issue had a reader's question in from "Tim" (or maybe "Timothy") from "New Malden, Surrey" asking about the location of Cobra's base. In my mind it was one of the early issues but perhaps not. I think at the time the letters page was something like "Ask Flint" and I seem to recall Flint gave him quite a vague reply but never mind eh - all classified information I'm sure

The writer of that letter is my best friend and I'd love to a) work out which issue it was and b) track down a copy of it for a present for him.

I should add that I did have a trawl through most of the scans already out there but all of those had the readers page removed (along with ads etc).

So I'd probably need someone with the physical issues to help me

Hey, welcome to the forum. Ill try and have a look, im assuming as you say early in the run you mean the large format weekly comic and not the later monthly one?

Yes - I think it was the weekly format ones. If memory serves it would've been in the issue 1-20 range of the following comics:
