Do you suspect it was a ploy, by Vectis themselves, to drum up business?
More news, as its made, from new Action Force!

I've discussed it a number of times with another member and we suspect it was sour grapes after missing or getting outbid on the first round of Shane Watson auctions which went relatively cheaply. The guy is banned from HISS Tank for some reason.

We already discussed all this in the Shane Waton thread I Created here. In that thread you guys asked me my intentions and I explained. Not sure why you continue to spread rumors about me and call me names.

I made threads about the auctions on the sites I visit like bftb, YJ, Joecustoms, og13. I posted about the Shane Watson auctions to let other collectors know about all the cool auctions.

I was banned from Hisstank in November 2012 along with a lot of other members of the Hisstank pay it forward thread.

It's not a rumour Spider, as I state above its a suspicion and a number of other people share the same suspicion again as mentioned above in private. Some think it was for financial gain via a link to Vectis, I've openly joked with you in the past along these lines. It defies logic as to why someone would so intently go to great lengths to promote auctions like you say across a number of forums. Is it not an unwritten rule not to promote an auction on eBay or other sites out of respect to bidders that may have searched and found the auction themselves? I apologise for the name calling as it is out of order. However, the thread to which you refer doesn't address my suspicions. I've not spread rumours I've expressed a relevant opinion openly in a discussion about Vectis auctions.

I'm sorry if you're offended by my view but I think it has some validity from what I've seen to be honest it's a natural view to form. I'm not looking to troll you or start an inflammatory argument far from it. However, common sense dictates that you're not going to like my opinion and I completely understand that.

atc was really nice and i bid myself but somehow i managed to stop myself from getting carried away with bidding far more , am i right in saying that 90 quid of fees are to be added to the hammer price of 450 ...so that would make it £540 to the buyer and then the seller has 90 to pay as well

But, sir, I think we might be going a bridge too far.

That's how auction houses make their money I'm afraid.

Aye my lot cost £148
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?
