Space Precinct

Post by Lady Jaye »

Yesterday I picked up 11 figures MOC from the Gerry Anderson series "Space Precinct". Very cool, very cool figures indeed! One 'problem' is that I now want to complete it. Looking for:
  • Snake (MOC)
  • Police Cruiser (MISB)
  • Police Bike (MISB)

And if you happen to know where I can get the entire series on DVD, please let me know! :)

Bloody hell! I am so glad I picked up the full set about 5 years ago. It was about £50 then. Looking at the prices now, I have to admit that I am a little shocked. You could try Play.com. They have some in their "shops" section as well. Nothing on ebay at the moment.

This one is waaaaaaay over the top:

If that is how much it is really worth, I will be starting my copy on ebay at £250

I picked up 11 figures MOC for a tenner, so I expect the DVDs to be cheap as well. ;)

Well, torrents it is then! :D

Ah well, the figures were pretty crud, apart from the heads on the aliens.

Because the series didn't do very well in ratings (it premiered on Sky 1 in the mid 90's!) I don't think that there was a huge run on the numbers of the DVDs. Volumes 11 and twelve are the best even though they are feature versions of the two parters.

You know that title looksreally familiar. Does anyone know if it played in the U.S. on like like a late Saturday / Sunday Morning slot? Did it have Blade Runner type vehicles? Also thanks for the auction link above, I have totally forgotten about Seaquest, That was a good show.

As far as I remember, Space Precinct premiered in the US before it hit UK screens but was shown at a really stupid time.

I loved the show (apart from some awful American accents). I have all the figures & vehicles, but not MOC. I still have the comics, novels & DVD's of the show too, not to mention a complete sticker album. I'm quite the Gerry Anderson fan!
