When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

Ah You're a gynaecologist then! I work in Blood Transfusion.
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

I actually work in renal dialysis, and get to have great fun sticking big needles in people.
