Show your support
Hi guys
As we are all aware RORC 5 is nearly upon us once more, support has been very low key thus far and the fear is that if we don't get advertising and get people interested then this year will quite possibly be the last no joking.
Dave has been the money source since the first show and I for one don't want to see the guy lose anymore cash, we and I mean we must try and support Dave and actually go to the show, try and get fellow nerds to go and make this the best attended yet.
It's up to you.
Help Dave.

Re: Show your support
I'm in, last year was awesome.
Not here for a long time, just here for a good time.
Re: Show your support
Last year it was impossible for me to avoid a clash with a work engagement but in hindsight I would gladly have made a donation towards the upkeep of the event as I'm sure everything helps.
Maybe this year I'll buy a ticket and if I can't make it at least the cash is going to the right place

Re: Show your support
I would love to join you all but it seems like I can only get a ticket with "Frying-Air" to Stansted and then I need to find transportation from there and also back on Sunday. The tickets are cheap though, only £130 roundtrip. I guess the accomodations are not cheap either and then all the beers I will have to give now I am at it........

Best Regards

Should the hashtag be #RollOutRollCall2014 to avoid last year's stuff coming up in searches?SteveD wrote:SAVE DAVE!!!

Re: Show your support
Just to let you all know - Dave has again negotiated a deal with Jurys Inn for discounted bed & breakfast over the weekend of the show; the discounted price will be £59 a night for a single or £69 a night for a twin/double. Dave said in an earlier FB post that the code will be available shortly.
If you're looking to save even more money towards those show exclusives (or ridiculously coloured cocktails...) then Travelodge currently have double rooms for only £35 a night at their central Southampton hotel - it's only a 10-15 minute walk from Jurys Inn and while it is considerably more basic, it has been recently refurbished. This is a limited offer so if you do want to take advantage of it, book early.
