Got a load of bits and guns on ebay, some stuff is definitely Joe related, but some of it isn't

And this lot, I have no idea - so over to you lot!
What the hell are these?
The sword at the top (1) has a round shield/boss with a star on it.
And the pair of black gun things (2) look like they slot onto something.

Anyway, have at it.

4) Cobra Rock Viper's rifle.
