another person you could talk to is planet Guru (?) they did a pretty cool agent annika toy that fits in nicely with GI JOE toys

i liked the agent annika toys and they now have a red agent which would make a perfect shad custom. if i remember it was only about 10 dollars which is pretty good

This is gonna be complicated tho. lets say we go with a Red Shadow to start with do we get 1 made from scratch which would be expensive or do we cannabilise existing figure parts which may piss off Hasbro and may lead to legal problems. Would we need design sketches etc which again pushes the price up. i really think we would need hasbros blessing before we start, although finding out prices before hand is obvious. we need to be transparent from the start and prove there is a market for next gen AF

We could run a custom contest and use the winning figure as a base if there are no probs

basically I'm sure at least 10 people here would buy more than one Red Shadow head, and at $5 each, that's not a bad return. plus the US market...

YES if we ALL did it then I think we would have a better chance

ive asked him a couple of times already but all of us asking then hell ya it would help

Or it would piss him off. Better if we send him one e-mail from all of us.

Ideally, the figures would be the squad leaders, as these all deserve to be articualted anyway IMO, and that wya we cover all the angles.

Id say lets go with a basic RED SHADOW figure and a BLACK MAJOR first

but Skip would be easy to do for Alyosha as well too as he has lots of beret heads too

knowing Alyosha he could do a killer revision of Baron Iron Blood too though
