He's not 100% finished as I'm waiting for some binoculars and camera to add to him. Also going to do some more paint touchups on the camera and backpack later too. I decided to go with the more muted colors for my Scoop instead of bright yellow. This is the color he originally appeared in the cartoon before becoming a Joe. I modified the cuff link on his arm and his box on his leg from his vintage figure to fit on my custom. Hope you like it.










Closeup of the box on his leg. Would you believe that the new Retaliation screws are too large for the vintage figures'? I had to use the vintage Scoop's leg screw for this cause the new ones just wouldn't fit.
